EL ROQUILLO
From the Juego de Bolas Visitors Centre, the trail starts on a dirt path toward El Embocadero, where it intersects with the trail coming from the El Mirador de Abrante. It descends the slope and in a few metres reaches the old royal road. The trail, which has exceptional cobblestone paving, snakes down to El Roquillo and the houses that carry its name. At this point it is less sinuous and less steep as it heads toward the coast. After crossing the GM-1 road, which should be crossed with extreme caution, it continues on a cement path toward the village centre, which can be entered through the Piedra Gorda road through the El Charco area.
